We are excited to announce our partnership with ServiceChannel, the leading SaaS service automation platform for facilities management. In a press release issued today, ServiceChannel debuted their new solution partner program. The program facilitates the integration of the ServiceChannel platform with complementary solution providers, such as TempAlert.
As a part of this new program, TempAlert’s wireless monitoring platform will seamlessly integrate with ServiceChannel. Sensor data, incidents, and alerts will be shared between the two platforms, enabling facilities managers to make smarter, more informed decisions. If equipment monitored by TempAlert triggers an alert, a ticket will be immediately generated in ServiceChannel. This integration allows convenience stores, retailers, and restaurant chains to manage preventative equipment maintenance in real-time and increase operational efficiency.
To kick-off this new partnership, TempAlert will be exhibiting at the ServiceChannel CONNECT User Conference in Las Vegas, Sept 11-12. Andrew Dougherty, our SVP of Sales, will be a speaker on the 'Making Technology Work For You’ panel, highlighting the benefits of connected equipment.
